To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trust Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Swiss arbitration rules. The arbitration shall take place in Zürich, Switzerland, and shall be conducted in English.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
